To offer our services, we provide a free mobile application available for download. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you access our application, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

• Providing Joinz services: enabling real-time location sharing, event creation, and connecting with your friends.
• Improving the user experience: personalizing content and analyzing usage behaviors to optimize our services.

Your personal data is hosted by our provider OVH, with servers located in Europe (France). We take measures to ensure that your data remains secure and compliant with European regulations.

5. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption and regular audits. However, transmitting data over the Internet carries risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data:

• As long as your account is active. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months are deleted.
• Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• To access your personal data or request a copy.
